Do we really need the food supplement?

Food supplement.......hmmm, its such a part of healthy life style for modern life like today. Have you wondered that if supplement is really needed for our body?

Let's try to find out accurately...
Food supplement is food contains nutrient and non nutrient, which we can get in capsule, tablet, powder or liqud that has function as an addition food for people who can't get enough nutrient.

Food supplement that we must know:
• Supplement is not food substitution.
• Supplement is made of naturalmaterial, eventhough there are synthesis material in some vitamins.
• The uses of supplement are not clinically proven because is netraceutical, not pharmaceutical.
• Supplement is not medicine, it can't heal diseases.
• Pay attention to the content or ingredients of supplements. Try to find out if there is any strange material
such as pathogen 'microorganism', toxin or other dangerous thing.
• Supplement is supposed to have direction to save, date of expire, side effect, and direction to use.
• Avoid supplement with claim of product effect to health, prevention from or healing disease, comparison to
another product, and other product's promotion.
• The most important thing is our choice to consume supplement based on our body needs. Avoid using of
supplement becsuse of suggestion, lifestyle and consumed by advertisement.
So... the supplement is not needed, if:
You have already eaten healthy food
You exercise regularly
You have enough rest
You have good lifestyte
You have already kept away fron stress
You are free from pollutant substance
