.....and I'm gawking...

Me and others 9 moms, Ann, Hana, Jen, Lia, Lindy, Susy, Nan, Cindy, Trish, (not a real name) are very good best friends.

We are just a simple and cheerful moms...we often go somewhere together just to eat or gather and have a small chit chat to spend our times while waiting to pick up our children from school.

Last week, was Ann's birthday. We went to a western restaurant in one mall to celebrate and had a fun lunch. As we sit at the long rectangle table.. we took some pictures. We laughed, we posed, and talked many things. Hana took a lot of pictures of us...she really enjoyed taking picture from that digital camera. Later on, she thought it would be nice if she took a picture of the restaurant named, so we could remember it.

When Hana tried to focus on the restaurant named at the back, I saw a middle age lady standing there dressed up in pinkish shirt with catchy necklace around her neck , it was so eye catching.

Suddenly the lady approaching us and scold Hana, "What did you do? Why did you take my picture? Do you think I'm a crazy old woman?? No! I'm a rich woman. Don't you dare to treat me like that!"

Hana was standing up and shocked. She could not say anything. Susy whispered to the rest of us, "Let her...she is a stressed woman, she is crazy. She used to be a rich woman, until her husband left her with no money. She is always walking around this mall everyday. Just let her and pretend that we do something here." All of us busy talking each other, but that woman just stood up there and scold Hana. We told that woman that we're sorry and we're busy, but she asked Hana over and over again, "Why did you take my picture? All of you are really a mean people, you laugh at me, you talk badly about me at church, now they are hate me. It's because of you all!"

Lia tried to tell that lady again that we're sorry and we didn't know each other, so please let us eat here nicely and Lia called the waitress to help us to get rid of the woman.

That waitress came and she told that lady that we were celebrating our friend's birthday. Hana finally answer,"Sorry, ma'am, but I was taking a picture of the restaurant named at the back, not you."

Then amazingly that woman, calmed down and said, "Oh...ok. I'm not angry, I'm just asking you."....and she left us alone..went to another table of two men...I didn't know what she was talking about.

.....and I was gawking to see all of that thing...how poor she is.... She is so stress.

Thank God that we are still able to live normally.

Health Tips - Control Stress in 12 Easy Steps

How to handle stress :

1. Plan your time well
Organizing your time. Make a list of things you need to do and set priority.

2. Spread out the changes in your life
Give yourself time to adjust from one change to another. For example, avoid getting married, buying a house and changing jobs all at the same time.

3. Be realistic about what you can do
Choose your work based on your own ability and interest. Do not hope for the impossible. Set achievable goals for yourself so that you do not become frustrated or discouraged.

4. Make decisions wisely
Obtain all the relevant information first – do not make major decisions blindly. Consider the good and bad points of each choice. Involve the people who will be affected by the decision in the process.

5. Think Positive
Do not let negative feelings build up. Learn to identify the cause of these feelings and deal with them constructively

6. Learn to like yourself
Do not worry too much about your appearance, height, pimples and other faults. Make the best of what you have and learn to accept what you cannot change.

7. Share your problems
Do not keep all your problems and worries to yourself. Remember you are not alone. Talk to your family members, friend, supervisor, or religious leader. They may have had similar experiences and may be able to suggest solutions to your problem.

8. Build a happy family
Be kind, loving, and polite to your family. Treat them the same way that you would treat your friends. They can provide you with love and support in times of need. Set aside some time each day to talk, play, or relax together. Make your home a happy place to come back to after a hard day's work.

9. Make friends
Just as you need a happy family, you also need friends to talk to and laugh with, to visit you and go out with you and to help you in times of need. Treat others the way you would like them to treat you. Respect their views and be patient with their faults. Try giving in to others sometimes - even when you are right.

10. Keep healthy
Keep your body healthy by exercising regularly, eating wisely and getting enough sleep. Do not turn to cigarettes or alcohol to relieve your stress. Smoking and drinking do not solve anything and will cause more problems for your health.

11. Make some time for yourself
Do something that you really enjoy. It can be a hobby like collecting coins or an exercise activity like jogging. Take a short break when you feel tense or tired. You deserve to have a little fun sometimes.

12. Learn some relaxation techniques
Deep breathing exercises, mental relaxation exercises like visual imagery and meditation, and muscle relaxation techniques are helpful in relieving stress

Shake It Off And Step Up

There’s a story about a farmer who owned an old mule. The mule fell into the farmer's well. The farmer heard the mule 'braying' - or - whatever mules do when they fall into wells. After carefully assessing the situation, the farmer sympathized with the mule, but decided that neither the mule nor the well was worth the trouble of saving.

Instead, he called his neighbors together and told them what had happened...and enlisted them to help haul dirt to bury the old mule in the well and put him out of his misery.

Initially, the old mule was hysterical! But as the farmer and his neighbors continued shoveling and the dirt hit his back... a thought struck him. It suddenly dawned on him that every time a shovel load of dirt landed on his back... HE SHOULD SHAKE IT OFF AND STEP UP! This he did, blow after blow. "Shake it off and step up... shake it off and step up... shake it off and step up!" he repeated to encourage himself. No matter how painful the blows, or distressing the situation seemed the old mule fought "panic" and just kept right on SHAKING IT OFF AND STEPPING UP!

You're right! It wasn't long before the old mule, battered and exhausted, STEPPED TRIUMPHANTLY OVER THE WALL OF THAT WELL! What seemed like it would bury him, actually blessed him... all because of the manner in which he handled his adversity.

THAT'S LIFE! If we face our problems and respond to them positively, and refuse to give in to panic, bitterness, or self-pity... THE ADVERSITIES THAT COME ALONG TO BURY US USUALLY HAVE WITHIN THEM THE POTENTIAL TO BENEFIT AND BLESS
US! Take it as our opportunity.

Remember that FORGIVENESS--FAITH--PRAYER-- PRAISE and HOPE... all are excellent ways to "SHAKE IT OFF AND STEP UP" out of the wells in which we find ourselves.

How to manage your budget in crisis

Ladies,

As a woman, no matter a housewife or a career woman, we always have responsibility on household monthly expenses. We have to pay monthly payments and also keep some of it into our savings. So, how do we manage it?

Every month, we get amount of money to be managed from salary or any other sources, and before we spend it, it would be better for you if you could do some of tips below:

1. Put your money into different posts, such as:
- Monthly payments post, is everything that have to be paid every months (electricity bill,
phone bill, mobile phone bill, credit card bill, mortgage etc)
- Back Up post, is an amount of money that might be used for emergency needs (doctors, for
example)

2. Save about 5%-10% of the total budget into the saving account that especially opened only for saving. You could not draw it as easy as you want and it is a must. It would be better if you could save it more.

3. Put the rest of it in your daily account and you could take it if only you need it

4. Avoid unnecessary spending. Don't get easily tempted by discount offering from any shopping malls or any others.

When you had extra money (after your monthly payments, saving etc) then maybe you could do some shops.

Im Yours - Jason Mraz

Lyrics:

Well you done done me and you bet I felt it

I tried to be chill but you're so hot that I melted

I fell right through the cracks

now I'm trying to get back

Before the cool done run out

I'll be giving it my bestest

Nothing's going to stop me but divine intervention

I reckon its again my turn to win some or learn some

but I won't hesitate no more,

no more It cannot wait, I'm yours

Well open up your mind and see like me

Open up your plans and damn you're free

I Look into your heart and you'll find love love love love

Listen to the music of the moment people dance and sing

we´re just one big family and it's our God-forsaken right to be loved love loved love love

So I won't hesitate no more,

no more It cannot wait I'm sure

There's no need to complicate

Our time is short

This is our fate, I'm yours

I've been spending way too long checking my tongue in the mirror

And bending over backwards just to try to see it clearer

But my breath fogged up the glass

And so I drew a new face and I laughed

I guess what I'm saying is there ain't no better reason

To rid yourself of vanity and just go with the seasonsIt's what we aim to do

Our name is our virtue

But I won't hesitate no more,

no more It cannot wait I'm yours

well open up your mind and see like me

Open up your plans and damn you're free

I Look into your heart and you'll find the sky is yours

So please don't, Please don't, please don't

there's no need to complicate cause our time is short this is our fate

I'm yours

James Bond - Quantum of Solace

Lately, the world has spread the epidemic of Barack Obama’s fever. All people, maybe around the world, talking about Obama. And his victory few days ago, really exciting for many people.

But, in the last week, people started to get infecting by a new epidemic…James Bond’s fever.

As far as I can see, at least here, many malls with cinema, very crowded coz many people want to see the latest James Bond movie, Quantum of Solace. And even, the cinema allows people to book a ticket or buy a pre ticket 3 days before the show. Hmmmm….then I was so curious, how good this movie is? But, who can resist James Bond..I think almost James Bond movie, was very interesting….

Well, at least….while people are really stress with economic crisis, this James Bond’s movie comes up as “solace” to entertain and refresh your mind.

But, if we really take a look of this James Bond characters, well, at least according to my husband, and me…James Bond’s behavior and attitude, are needed for this economic crisis.

This James Bond have 7 attitude (at least, in my point of view), i.e:

1. Realistic, try to accept any kind of situation and face it whether you like it or not
2. Always ready, be prepared for anything
3. Believe his instinct (follow your heart)
4. Network, when having problem, he always can ask help from friends
5. Never gives up, no matter how bad the situation is, we can not give up. Try to find the solution. Never say “I can’t”
6. Bold enough to take chances & risks, you know that high risk generates high return.
7. Has vision, he always gets what he wants in the end no matter what (despite all the hardships and rule-bending-actions)

According to me, this movie, besides giving entertaining also has an inspirational things to motivate us, so, we can facing what we have in crisis. And Daniel Craig absolutely shows how tough he was…….(two thumbs up!).

Well, its only what I thought… you may agree or not, its up to you…..:)

The Hospital Window

Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room. One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs. His bed was next to the room's only window. The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back. The men talked for hours on end. They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation.
Every afternoon when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window. The man in the other bed began to live for those one-hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside.

The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake. Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every color and a fine view of the city skyline could be seen in the distance.
As the man by the window described all this in exquisite detail, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine the picturesque scene. One warm afternoon the man by the window described a parade passing by. Although the other man couldn't hear the band - he could see it. In his mind's eye as the gentleman by the window portrayed it with descriptive words.
Days and weeks passed.
One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths only to find the lifeless body of the man by the window, who had died peacefully in his sleep. She was saddened and called the hospital attendants to take the body away.

As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy to make the switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone. Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the real world outside. He strained to slowly turn to look out the window beside the bed. It faced a blank wall. The man asked the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate who had described such wonderful things outside this window.
The nurse responded that the man was blind and could not even see the wall. She said, "Perhaps he just wanted to encourage you."
Epilogue:
There is tremendous happiness in making others happy, despite our own situations.
Shared grief is half the sorrow, but happiness when shared, is doubled.
If you want to feel rich, just count all the things you have that money can't buy.
Today is a gift, that's why it is called the present.

Golden-needle-mushroom (Jin-Gen-Gu 金根菇)

Golden-needle-mushroom (Jin-Gen-Gu) successfully kills 95% of cancer cells( Taiwan Report)

Everytime i order steam boat, i must ask the waitress first, do they have Enoki mushroom today? Sometimes, they have and sometimes they don't.
What would be happened when they don't have enoki? Well, i certainly buy the enoki at the supermarket, and then back to the steam boat restaurant.
Hmm, I don't know why, but i love to eat that mushroom. In fact, this kind of mushroom has a benefit to us. Do you want to know why? Lets check this out..
Research done by Singapore U shows that eating this mushroom can destroy 95% of cancer cells in our body by boosting our immune system.
Professor Phan Hwai Chong of Yang Ming Research Centre in Taiwan told Reporter that consuming this kind of mushroom, one of the ingredients in the mushroom can trigger the multiplication of our healthy 'defensive' cells. By out-numbering the cancer cells, healthy cells help eradicate cancer cells.

American scientists have since run tests on this particular type of mushroom extract with blood, done outside human body. Results show that mushroom extract is able to destroy cancer cells.

According to Taiwan professor, since healthy 'fighting' cells can be multiplied to tens & thousands of times, it can either be used as drip or just by eating mushroom. The mushroom is most frequently taken with steam boat. Cooking time should be less than 3 minutes, or the healing property would greatly diminish.

12 hugs a day, guaranteed…free of illness…!!!

“To survive we need 4 hugs per day. For health we need 8 hugs per day. To grow, ageless, happiness we need 12 hugs per day,” said Virginia Satir, family therapist.

You might be wondering, is it really works? Is hug really has such a great power that could make us health, live longer, and look young? When the last time since you hug someone or somebody had hug you? If your answer is “seldom” or even “never”, try to remember, what were you feel lately? You might be get sick often, depressed, stressed, headache, and emotional.

Many research show that hug therapy can heal physical and mental illness. It can overcome stress, depression, and others. Person who is hugged or hugging, feel a power of love around them. This power increases our body immunity.
The hug of peace
When we’re hugging, our body released the oxytocine, hormone that related to peace and love feeling. Oxytocine hormone makes our heart and mind healthier. The hormone will come out automatically from body, if the person has a health life and peaceful feeling.

Hug therapy is the same with walked therapy. Hug therapy increases our body balanced, health and reduce stress level, especially for young professional. But it doesn’t mean that you have to find spouse or lover to do it. Hug can be done with anybody in love and peaceful feeling. Of course, it has not a negative meaning moreover with a passion. This hug also is not a social hug such as, shaking hand, etc, but it is a touching hug, that really touched and binding each other. When you were hugging, you will feel so comfort and peace.

In Indonesia, and also some of others countries, hug only done by couple, relatives, parents to children. In America, there is a foundation that coordinated and do some campaign of “free hugs” on street. So, don’t be surprised if one day when you were visiting America or Europe, we could see some people with big plank on chest, with Free Hug sign. They are volunteers that give hug therapy to every single person who need it.
Healthier children
“But remember, although it’s only a shake hand or touched cheek to cheek, this could be a benefit as well. There is warmth when we shake hand. But if, it’s more than that, plus a real hug, it will have an extra benefit, since it gives more thru therapy element”, said Dr. Bhagat, one of doctors in India that researching an effect of hug. Hopefully, the community will know the benefit of hug, so as a couple they will hug more and also to their children.

The whole part of our skin, from tiptoe till head is very sensitive. Even when baby still in pregnancy, and protected by amniotic water, he/she really likes to be touched by parents. If he/she is often touched, then he/she will grow in healthy and have a nice growth. Psychically, the baby will grow healthier and become a loving person.

Children that often to be touched, caressed and hugged by parents will grow as a healthy child. They will feel comfort and have a good self confidence. Then, their growth and health is better than a child who never touched and hugged.

Even for adult and parents, touched and hugged is very important. Moreover, when they were in depression or stressed. By hugged, adults feel loved and needed.

Transformation of comfort
A master reiki in Mumbai, India , says,"hug is one of tool to transform. Hug makes one person closer to others. If your relationship with someone in problems, hug will make it better. If your marriage is in trouble, hug your couple 20 times a day. I am sure there will be no divorce. In the other hand, your life both will be happier, healthy, and ageless. And you will be free of stress and depression".

Dr. Harold Voth, senior psychiatrist in Kansas, United States has conducted research with some hundred people. The result, those who is hug each other can dissipate depression, improve body immunity, ageless, sleep well more, and healthier. If baby or child is sick and fussy, don't let them alone, just hug them, and they will feel comfortable. Until their body immune feel better, and their health even also will much better. You as parent also get effect either from this hug therapy. You will be healthier, young, and freed from depression.

Hug can heal physical and mental illness. Touch that produced by hug help to lessen the pain. Some of hard disease frequently make its patient feels frustration, angry, unlikely its disease can’t be healed. With hug, patient that felt frustration will feel comfortable. Hug gives positive energy to patient’s emotion. Hug transforms negative emotion into positive emotion. Moreover, if patient gets hug from the one he/she loved very much. Isn't it true that love is the most powerful strength, and hug is one of to show it.

So, what are you waiting for….???

DoN't MaRry iF........

1. DON'T MARRY, IF BECAUSE OF WEALTH
Life without love is useless. Wealth and property can come and go all the times. A momentary "LOVE" can come anytime, but 'TRUE LOVE" can not buy by any wealth or money.
2. DON'T MARRY, IF BECAUSE OF ANY LOVE
Feel interested, sympathy, and appraise are always interpreted as LOVE. But, actually it is not a LOVE. That kind of LOVE can be changed anytime by wealth, look, and any other circumstances. It will not last. "LOVE" must be tested in sorrow and happines. "TRUE LOVE" will endure in any condition.
3. Don't MARRY, IF BECAUSE OF FORM
Look beautiful is great, but it can be faded when you're getting older. Inner beauty is more important than your appeareance.

4. Don't MARRY, IF BECAUSE OF PITIES
Feel pity and sympathy is good and a must, but, it may not become a reason to marry someone. That feeling will be gone as the time by, but "LOVE" won't. Marry because of LOVE not a pity.

5. Don't MARRY, IF BECAUSE OF SEX
Yes, sex is important in marriage, but it may not be your reason of marry someone too. Sex is a part of marriage. People who only think about sex satisfaction will be dissaponted and trapped by adversity by themselves someday and won't be happy.

6. Don't MARRY, IF BECAUSE OF FAMILY CONSTRAINT
A child must devotes to family. But, may not be given up in marry someone if you think you're right. Pray and explain to your parent, don't give up. It is your life.

7. Don't MARRY, IF BECAUSE OF AGE PRESSURE
If age has became your problem, and your friends have already coupled, people will start to worry about his/her self, especially women. Many people, finally get married just to having their own couple. Please, don't do it. You're hurting yourself and your spouse. Just be patient dan convinced yourself that GOD has provided the best for you. Wait for your moment.
8. Don't MARRY, IF BECAUSE OF RECOMPENSATION
Someone who has did a kindness must be reciprocated, but don't be with nuptials.
One thing that you have to remember, and the most important thing is DON'T MARRY without UNDERSTANDING and PREPARATION of the real life. MARRY because of GOD's plan. It will be better for you to wait, intstead of in hurry and finally you get suffered, if it's not confirmed by GOD. GOD has already created us in coupled. Without GOD's, it's very impossible that people can be together as one!

BE WARE WHEN YOU'RE GOING ALONE!!!

LET THIS TRUE STORY SERVE AS A WARNING

To the women : remember this!
To the men : warn your loved ones!

About a month ago there was a woman st andi ng by the Mega Mall entrance passing out flyers to all the women going in. The woman had written the flyer herself to tell about an experience she had, so that she might warn other women. The previous day, this woman had finished shopping, went out to her car and discovered that she had a flat. She got the jack out of the trunk and began to change the flat. A nice man dressed in business suit and carrying a briefcase walked up to her and said, 'I notice you're changing a flat tire. Would you like me to take care of it for you?'

The woman was grateful for his offer and accepted his help. They chatted amiably while the man changed the flat, and then put the flat tire and the jack in the trunk, shut it and dusted his hands off.
The woman thanked him profusely, and as she was about to get in her car, the man told her that he left his car around on the other side of the mall, and asked if she would mind giving him a lift to his car. She was a little surprised and asked him why his car was on the other side. He explained that he had met an old friend in the mall whom he hadn't seen for some time and they had a bite to eat and visited for a while; he got turned around in the mall and left through the wrong exit, and now he was running late and his car was clear around on the other side of the mall.

The woman hated to tell him 'no' because he had just rescued her from having to change her flat tire all by herself, but she felt uneasy. Then she remembered seeing the man put his briefcase in her trunk before shutting it and before he asked her for the ride to his car.

She told him that she'd be happy to drive him to his car, but she just remembered one last thing she needed to buy. She said she would only be a few minutes; he could sit down in her car and wait for her; she would be as quick as she could be. She hurried into the mall, and told a security guard what had happened; the guard came out to her car with her, but the man had left..

They opened the trunk, took out his locked briefcase and took it down to the police station. The police opened it (ostensibly to look for ID so they could return it to the man).

What they found was rope, duct tape and knives. When the police checked her 'flat' tire, there was nothing wrong with it; the air had simply been let out. It was obvious what the man's motive was, and obvious that he had carefully thought it out in advance. The woman was blessed to have escaped harm.

How much worse it would have been had she waited in the car while the man fixed the tire, or if she had a baby strapped into a car seat. Or if she'd gone against her judgment and given him a lift.

DEADLY HANDBAGS

scary thoughts, but excellent info for the ladies......

This is quite shocking, and really worth the read. I never really gave it much thought

THIS IS A REAL EYE-OPENER!!

Handbags
I never gave it a thought. Who would have thought? Have you ever noticed gals who sit their handbags on public toilet floors then go directly to their dining tables and set it on the table? Happens a lot!

It's not always the 'restaurant food' that causes stomach distress. Sometimes 'what you don't know 'will' hurt you'!

Read on...
Mom got so upset when guests came in the door and plopped their handbags down on the counter where she was cooking or setting up food. She always said that handbags are really dirty, because of where they have been. Smart Mom!!!

It's something just about every woman carries with them. While we may know what's inside our handbags, do you have any idea what's on the outside?

Women carry handbags everywhere; from the office to public toilets to the floor of the car. Most women won't be caught without their handbags, but did you ever stop to think about where your handbag goes during the day. 'I drive a school bus, so my handbag has been on the floor of the bus a lot, says one woman. 'On the floor of my car, and in toilets.' 'I put my hand bag in grocery shopping carts, on the floor of the toilet,' says another woman and of course in my home which should be clean..'

We decided to find out if handbags harbour a lot of bacteria. We learned how to test them at Nelson Laboratories in Salt Lake , and then we set out to test the average woman's handbag.

Most women told us they didn't stop to think about what was on the bottom of their handbag. Most said at home they usually set their handbags on top of kitchen tables and counters where food is prepared. Most of the ladies we talked to told us they wouldn't be surprised if their handbags were at least a little bit dirty.. It turns out handbags are so surprisingly dirty, even the microbiologist who tested them was shocked.

Microbiologist Amy Karen of Nelson Labs says nearly all of the handbags tested were not only high in bacteria, but high in harmful kinds of bacteria. Psudomonas can cause eye infections, staphylococcus aurous can cause serious skin infections, and salmonella and e-coli found on the handbags could make people very sick. In one sampling, four of five handbags tested positive for salmonella, and that's not the worst of it. 'There is fecal contamination on the handbags,' says Amy. Leather or vinyl handbags tended to be cleaner than cloth handbags and lifestyle seemed to play a role. People with kids tended to have dirtier handbags than those without, with one exception. The handbag of one single woman who frequented nightclubs had one of the worst contaminations of all. 'Some type of feces, or possibly vomit' says Amy.

So the moral of this story - your handbag won't kill you, but it does have the potential to make you very sick if you keep it on places where you eat. Use hooks to hang your handbag at home and in toilets, and don't put it on your desk, a restaurant table, or on your kitchen countertop.
Experts say you should think of your handbag the same way you would a pair of shoes.. 'If you think about putting a pair of shoes onto your countertops, that's the same thing you're doing when you put your handbag on the countertops' - your handbag has gone where individuals before you have sneezed, coughed, spat, urinated, emptied bowels, etc!

Do you really want to bring that home with you? The microbiologists at Nelson also said cleaning a handbag will help.

Wash cloth handbags and use leather cleaner to clean the bottom of leather handbags.

THIS IS WORTH SHARING!!!
AND MEN PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO YOUR WIVES, GIRLFRIENDS OR DAUGHTERS!

*_.....Advice from Father....._*

Long time ago there were two brother’s, before passing away their Father give them two
advise :- Don’t collect debt to anyone who owe you.
- If you go work don’t let the sunshine hit you in the face.
Time goes by and reality happen, a few year after their father died the eldest son become richand the youngest become poorer. Their mother who still alive asked about that to them.

The youngest son answer : this because I’m following father advise. Father advise not to collect debt to anyone who owed you and the result my capital are decreased because the people who owed me not pay back my money and I can’t collect them, and also Father advise not to get sunshine when you go to work and coming home. The result I’ve to ride a rickshaw or other vehicle, Actually you can walk to work and that increase my disbursement. To the eldest mother ask the same thing.

The eldest son answer : this because I’m following father advise. Father advise not to collect debt to anyone who owed you because of that I don’t lend money to anyone and resulting my capital not decreased, and also Father advise not to get sunshine when you go to work and coming home. That’s why I’m opening my shop before the sun came up and closes the shop after the sun down. The result my shop are the first one to open and close the last than the other shop, my shop always full of customer and sold out because of that routine.

Sometimes, you couldn't take any advice as the way it is. You have to learn it carefully before you do it. So, which one were you?

Unconditional love

A story is told about a soldier who was finally coming home after having fought in Vietnam. He called his parents from San Francisco.

"Mom and Dad, I'm coming home, but I've a favor to ask. I have a friend I'd like to bring home with me".

"Sure," they replied, "we'd love to meet him".

"There's something you should know, the son continued" he was hurt pretty badly in the fighting. He stepped on a landmines and lost an arm and a leg. He has nowhere else to go, and I want him to come live with us".

"I'm sorry to hear that, son. Maybe we can help him find somewhere to live."

"No, Mom and Dad, I want him to live with us."

"Son", said the father", you don't know what you're asking. Someone with such a handicap would be a terrible burden on us. We have our own lives to live, and we can't let something like this interfere with our lives. I think you should just come home and forget about this guy. He'll find a way to live on his own".

A few days later, however, they received a call from the San Francisco police. Their son had died after falling from a building, they were told. The police believed it was suicide. The grief-stricken parents flew to San Francisco and were taken to the city morgue to identify the body of their son. They recognized him, but to their horror they also discovered something they didn't know, their son had only one arm and one leg.

The parents in this story are like many of us. We find it easy to love those who are good-looking or fun to have around, but we don't like people who inconvenience us or make us feel uncomfortable. We would rather stay away from people who aren't as healthy, beautiful, or smart as we are. Thankfully, there's someone who won't treat us that way. Someone who loves us with an unconditional love that welcomes us into the forever family, regardless of how messed up we are.

Tonight, before you tuck yourself in bed, say a little prayer that God will give you the strength you need to accept people as they are, and to help us all be more understanding of those who are different from us!!!

There's a miracle called Friendship that dwells deep inside our heart, you don't know how it happens or when it gets started but you know that special gift Is God's most precious gift! Friends are a very rare jewel, they make you smile and encourage you to succeed, they lend an ear, they share a word of praise, and they always want
to open their hearts to us.

Manage your time and money wisely

All of us want success in our lives, yet a lot of us can’t stop wondering why we haven’t reached the level of success we truly desire. Achieving success is really about managing resources toward the direction you want so that you can accomplish your goals in life.

With a little planning and taking the right actions, success is assured. Success is nothing more than having our goals. Therefore, if we believe we haven’t reached the success we desire, we should ask ourselves – what are our goals in life, what resources that we need to achieve the goals, how long will it take to reach the goals? With no clear direction in mind, failure is assured. To be able to achieve our goals, we have to be SMART. We have to set goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and with a clear Time Frame. Are you SMART enough?

Time and money are two most valuable resources you can have simply because you can have no more than 24 hours a day while money becomes the most acceptable measurement of success. Manage your time and money wisely and success is all yours. The following are three major pitfalls in managing time and money. They are simple acts, applicable for both managing time and money, but can put you in serious trouble if you are not careful enough.

1. Procrastination
Your Procrastination when you keep delaying paying your bills or doing the things in your to do list. Being late in paying bills can end up in hefty charges, on top of the interest, often times well exceeding the principal amount you are supposed to pay. When you keep delaying actions, you will need much longer time to complete a task. In business, extended time means extended cost– it is important to keep everything short.

2. Unnecessary spending
Self indulgence is important since we want to give appreciation to the person closest to us – ourselves. Yet sometimes we underestimate the long run accumulation of unnecessary spending of time and money. It is important to allocate time and money for enjoyment as much as to allocate time and money for serious businesses. Therefore, you can make sure that one doesn’t go at the expense of the other. You can definitely have the luxury of eating out or traveling to exotic places, just make sure that you have the budget and that you also put some money into your saving. You can definitely spend time for chatting on the internet or playing computer games, just make sure that you have allocated the time and you do it within the allocated time.

3. Taking risk
Being prepared for contingencies is a must because during emergency all priorities will be messed up, taking away resources from our most desired goals. In business, risk can jeopardize profits. We can’t afford risk, especially if we can take precautionary steps. In terms of money, taking risk may include excessive credit card use, which seems convenient when you are in need. Until someday you realize that the minimum pay eats up a big chunk of your salary and you start working for credit card companies instead of working toward your future goals. Success calls for long term consistent actions, little and simple steps probably all what it takes. The above steps seem easy enough to handle but it requires self discipline. After all self discipline separates the winners from the losers.

A blonde police story

A blonde walks into the police department looking for a job. The captain says they can't just turn her away, and orders to desk officer to ask her a few questions as if doing an interview.

Not having any idea what to ask her to disqualify her application, the officer asks, "What's 2+2?"

"Ummm... 4!" the blonde says.

Dang, the officer thinks, so tries a harder one: "What's the square root of 100?"

"Ummm... 10!" the blonde says.

"Good!" the officer says, deciding to switch from math to history. "OK, who killed Abraham Lincoln?"

"Ummm... I don't know," she admits.

"Well, you can go home and think about it," he says, "and come back later and tell me what you've figured out." He figures that's the last he'll see of her.

The blonde goes home and calls up one of her friends, who asks her if she got the job.

"Not only did I get the job," the blonde says, "but I've already been assigned to a murder case!"

You’re precious, Mom…..

Long time ago only few women that went to work and the rest of it stayed at home and took care of the children. Nowadays, women also have career to be achieved. They’re working at the office from morning till night like most men do.

The working women, of course, have their own ambition. They wanted to get the highest position as much as they could. But, some of it only worked for money, just to support family financial. They didn’t care about position or promotion.

At some point, some of these working women finally quit from work and take care of her children. It has many reasons behind that, maybe the get fired, the family financial is getting better or no one can take care the children.

The next day, when they stayed at home, they feel so free at the first time. But, what would happen after few months, or even years? They get bored of their life. They had a lot of spare time and sometimes didn’t know how to do. Finally, they feel hopeless and useless. But actually, YOU’RE NOT, MOM!

Raising a child is tougher than you can imagine. It’s very hard. It’s harder than worked at the office. Facing a child is more difficult that your boss. You couldn’t lie, but at the same time you still couldn’t tell the truth to them. They followed what you did. Don’t take it easy. It’s tough, I know.

What your children become is depend on how you would raise them. So, you’re the big thing for them. What you did is a noble and decent job, that no one could do unless yourself as a mother.

What would you be proud of? A high level position at the office or a wonderful and succeed family and children or both. Someday, you would be forgotten by your colleague, but one thing for sure people would acknowledge you forever when people could see how happy your family. Remember, every woman could be give birth a child, but not all women could be a mother.

At the end the decision must be made. You have to choose. Sometimes, you have to sacrifice something to have a better generation of your own. But, raising a child with mother’s touch is definitely different with someone else’ touch, the nanny for example.

Even you’re a growing up women now, what ever you do, what ever you are, you owed your mother so much. Please, always remember her because she had already given her life for you. Her loving and caring will always be with you.

It’s now your turn to do what your mother have done to you.

Your Skin Care and Looking Good

Caring for your skin and looking good involves three very important processes. The processes we are talking about are; cleaning your skin properly, applying a moisturizer to it, and ensuring its protection.
Everything begins with cleanliness of course, for without it, all other processes would not be as effective or even work at all. There are numerous skin care cleansers on sale, ranging from cheap to those which are exorbitantly priced. But you do not necessarily have to have those expensive items to achieve the results you desire.

To begin, first dissolve your makeup with an oil-based cream. This is a necessary step in the process to prepare your face prior to the application of the cleanser. When that's done, any residue clogging up the skin pores will be removed when you apply the cleanser. Make sure all traces of makeup are removed before going to bed. Makeup, left overnight, clogs up your pores and eventually causes all kinds of skin problems. There's a saying, a night with your makeup on ages you by four; definitely something to avoid when on a "looking good" routine.

After washing, apply a good moisturizer. Remember, washing removes natural oils from your face whereas the moisturizer replaces it, and helps to keep your skin moist and soft. Moisturize your face each day, and that includes the skin around your eyes and throat. It's also well known, if left unprotected against the elements, your skin will age fast. It goes without saying; you need to protect your skin against them too.
No doubt, when you were at school, you had been taught that sunlight is good for the skin. But too much of it, especially during this day and age, will cause damage to your skin, and it may prove irreversible. Being exposed to the sun is particularly destructive, because UV rays penetrate tissues and are detrimental to the underlying collagen that supports the skin. 70% of skin aging has been attributed directly to the sun.

To help protect your skin against sun damage, choose day moisturizers that have suitable SPF sun protection factors. This is important when you intend to be out in the sun for some prolonged period. And yes, have your moisturizers on too when driving on sunny days.

It doesn't stop there. Apply balms, i.e moisturizers, to your lips to prevent them parching out and becoming chapped. Put on sunglasses and apply eye creams to protect the sensitive skin around your eyes. There are creams especially designed to reduce aging signs around the eye area, typically the incidence of fine lines. You can get rid of puffiness, dark circles, and smoothen the delicate area around your eyes when such creams are applied daily.

Why emphasize on skin care? You want to look good and have all the benefits that come with it; confidence, success, respect... and more. Your skin is the largest and most observable organ of your body; protect it with the care it deserves. Think about it, isn't it great to have a good looking skin? Sure it is, because it's right there on your face... for all to see.

5 Tips for Achieving Your Career, Your Way!

Achieving success requires more than luck, more than hard work – it requires a plan. The
fastest way to take control of your career and steer yourself to destinations of your choice is to treat your career as a business and treat yourself as a competitive product, using the
same strategic planning steps that businesses use to position themselves competitively.

1. Review your assets and liabilities, determine your differentiators, and obtain
customer feedback. Define yourself as a competitive product, challenge yourself by facing any weaknesses, and commit yourself to systematic improvement and upgrades. Identify those things that you do better than other people and seek to understand the perception others have of you.

2. Identify and evaluate your competitors. Competition is a fact of life. You need to compete for what you want. Competition and what you can learn from it should be viewed positively and embraced. Strive to be your best by understanding yourself and your competitors.

3. Determine your goals and create your strategic plan. Goals reflect what you want to accomplish to improve yourself. They will lead you to a greater sense of commitment and motivation as you pursue your aspirations. Like using a roadmap to arrive at a destination, having a clear strategic plan in place helps ensure you achieve your aspirations efficiently and quickly.

4. Implement your strategic plan and check your progress. Strategic plans, like ideas, are effective only if you implement them. Having and implementing a personal strategic plan requires that you review and demonstrate progress. Make immediate corrections to unproductive or unsuccessful plans as soon as they become apparent. Do not procrastinate!

5. Stay focused and be sure to celebrate and reward achievements. Tenacity, courage and commitment are essential to achieving your career aspirations. Focus on the positive, but be prepared to overcome obstacles. Most important, give yourself encouragement and rewards that will help provide motivation and pleasure as you continue achieving your goals.

You truly can manage your career, your way. You can put yourself in the driver’s seat, steering yourself toward destinations of your choice. Take control and be proactive! Never doubt that your dreams are worthy of your best efforts. It’s hard work and you’re worth the investment!
